No wonder he was sad!

He has an ear infection! He woke up feeling much better this morning and didn't feel hot anymore. He wasn't totally acting like himself and we decided to still take him to the doctor to make sure. I'm glad I did because the Doctor took one look at his ear and said it was infected. He said the reason Max was not wanting to eat and acting like it hurt to swallow was not because of his teeth or throat, it was becuase it hurts his ear when he swallows. So sad. I still can't believe that this happened for his party. Out of all the weekends this year when he was perfectly healthy, he was sick and in pain for his big day. Hopefully he'll be all better by Friday (his real birthday) and he can have his cake then.
