Max was home all day because our lovely daycare was closed because of a water main break. It was an emergency closing yesterday so my parents had to help out in the afternoon. Today Mark had to stay home with Max and it was a tough day. Its hard to be home with him all day, and even though Mark can work from home, its really hard to get anything done when Max is here. I came home for lunch but that didn't help much. When I got home from work Mark went to work around 4. My mom came over to play with Max for a little bit and she gave him a bath. I think pajama time is my favorite time of day. No matter what kind of day we had, Max turns into this sweet little baby boy once hes had his bath and is in his comfy pjs. He is into cuddling at night time. These pictures are when we are watching baby einstein on youtube before I took him upstairs for his book and bed. He just looked so sleepy and cute and I had to take a few. I don't know what I'm going to go when he is too big to sit on my lap and cuddle. I think of him as being old already but then I see these pictures and I think hes still such a baby. I can't believe he is going to be a big brother soon.
Will that pose ever not be cute? I wonder if I will be sorry I didn't discourage it when hes like sitting on the bus on the way to 4th grade with one hand in his mouth and one hand twirling his hair. Sometimes when I'm sitting with him he twirls my hair instead of his. He always did that even when he was really young.
