My aunt (mom's sister) and uncle had a 1 day layover on their way to a vacation in Brazil. They decided to make the most of it and stay with my parents for the one night they were going to be in Baltimore. We haven't seen them since our wedding and they have never met Max! Aunt Sharon is one of my biggest blog fans so she feels like she gets to see us all the time since I do such a good job writing all the details of my life. She deserves a blog entry dedicated to her! We spent the afternoon at my parents house, ate lunch there and hung out. Brian and Missy came in too and it was great to be with everyone. We also watched Obama's stop in Baltimore and his speech on TV. Did anyone else notice that on his way off the stage he said "lets go, lets get out of here!". We replayed it a few times and he definitely said that. So funny! Here are some pictures of our afternoon.
Max was being very shy at first, and sat on the couch for over an hour! He was not himself. We think he was just confused that he was seeing someone who looked like Gigi! She won him over with some presents. One of them was a music box that plays different music when he presses buttons. Perfect for him! He was dancing with it, it was really cute. They also got him his own real remote and phone (old real ones) and a book.

It was so great seeing you two! We wish you lived closer so we could see you all the time. I'm sure you'll have a great time on your trip. Thanks so much for all the presents for Max. We'll see you in June! And thanks for always keeping up with the blog :)
