I took the kids to my in-laws house for a little mini-vacation. It was so nice to have some help and get away for a few days. We had so much fun. We played in the pool during the day, played outside alot, had fun with the doggie and went to the boardwalk. Max is talking up a storm and having so much fun with it. It seems like he is really a different person than he was only a few weeks ago. He is also a FISH! It was amazing to see how much he loved the water. The first day we were there, Bobby (my father in law) had him in the pool because I didn't feel well and didn't want to go in. The entire time they were in there, my mother in law and I were like "watch it!" "Get him" "Bobby hurry up" "His mouth is near the water" etc. It was just terrifying because he won't put the water wings on and he can just go under at any moment and this child has no fear. Well by the second day,I was throwing him up in the air and letting him completely submerge his whole head and he was coming up laughing. We really need to sign him up for lessons. Mallory is growing and changing every day (and starting to really look like Mark). Here are some of my favorite pictures from the trip:
Swimming lessons from his own personal certified swim instructor (well I was about 10 years ago):

First ride. He was NOT happy when he had to get off of that

Strolling the boards with Grandma and Grandpa

Running around in the sand

I took this picture myself!

Ice cream at the end of the day. He was such a mess after this I should have taken a picture

Swimming with Belle

Being thrown by grandpa. We all took turns doing this because it was exhausting and its all he wanted to do.

And 2 videos. The first is when I was still trying to be careful with him going under water. The second is after I realized that he was perfectly happy being dunked. He pretty much demanded it the whole time.
