We had a little Hanukkah party at my parents house today. Brian and Missy came in and we had a nice lunch. We exchanged some fun gifts, Max got a great rocker/bike/push thing from my parents that my dad spent an hour putting together (he was really busy being a handyman today). Brian and Missy got Max this cool bee book that looks like the bees are moving around. Then Brian and Mark went to the Raven's game. My mom and Missy and I went out for Coffee when Max took a nap at their house (my dad stayed to watch the game). Then Missy and I got our nails done and went to Target (exciting day). The real excitement is that now that the Raven's are in the playoffs my husband has to somehow find a way to watch the game live when we are scheduled to fly home from Florida on Sunday at 10:30 and the game is at 1:00 and we aren't getting home until 2:30. Any suggestions? DVRing the game is not an option for him and we've already looked into changing our flight. Nothing is available until Tuesday and I cannot miss work Monday and Tuesday. Any suggestions now?
Here is the candle lighting on the 8th night:
