Our Snow Day in Pictures

Woke up to about this much:
And that's our neighbor Joey shoveling, if it weren't for him we wouldn't have even been able to open our front door.

Max is a little over 3 feet tall, so that gives you an idea how high it was

Of course we ate all day because what else is there to do when you're stuck in the house? Here was our lunch. Tomato soup, a turkey sandwhich for Mark and a grilled cheese for me :) Remember before I had kids I used to take pictures of my food all the time?

Mallory looking at the snow. Wearing Mommy's jeans from 1979!!

There was some tormenting

Some zoning out in front of the tv

And to our surprise, some actual fun in the snow. This was the first time that Max has agreed to actually dressing for the weather, putting his snowpants, coat, hat and gloves on and he liked it!

You can really see how high it was here

Playing with LilyShoveling is hard work!

Hanging on a snow mountain with Jack

Appetizers before dinner :)
For being stuck indoors all day, it really wasn't a bad day. We have all been sick this week. Yesterday was the worst for Mark and I and today was slightly better. It was actually a pretty good weekend to be not able to leave the house.
