Goodbye VA Beach Drive Thru Starbucks

When I first moved to VA Beach, one of the first things I wanted to know was where the closest Starbucks was. I was happy to know there was one right down the street and it was a DRIVETHRU. I was so excited that I could not only get starbucks on my way to work, but I didn't even have to get out of my car. I obviously made many trips there, usually alone. After I had Max it became even more convenient. This was one of the first places I went with Max in the car by myself. During those first few months it was sometimes the only time I left the house. I never thought about this before, but getting out of the car with a baby just to go in and get coffee and come out is usually not worth it, especially if the weather is bad. The day before we left our apartment to come to Baltimore the other day I got a little sentimental thinking it was my last time driving through. Of course I had my camera on hand. Even though we'll be around there a few times over the summer it just won't be the same. So this is my little tribute...of course there will be other Starbucks in my life but this one will always hold a special place in my heart.
